We could not thank you enough for making our dream wedding a reality! Every time we look at the pictures we are filled with joy because we truly had an amazing time and were very happy with the way that everything turned out. We are so happy with our wonderful wedding weekend in San Miguel de Allende. You and your staff created a truly unforgettable experience not only for us but for all of our guests, who use words like “unbelievable,” “fabulous” and “legendary” to describe what they tell us is the best wedding they have ever attended.

For those who may be considering a destination wedding in Mexico, the beautiful and romantic pueblo of San Miguel de Allende is the perfect location for your nuptials. Moreover, hiring Alicia to coordinate your wedding is a decision you will not regret. Alicia organized four different events at three different venues for us: welcome cocktails, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and brunch the following day. We learned a great deal about Alicia and how she runs her business during the six months we worked with her to plan our wedding weekend. 

Alicia is extremely communicative, responding almost immediately to the innumerable emails, often multiple emails a day, we sent to her. We had many different ideas for the events, from music to food to décor, and she was not only open to implementing all of our suggestions, but came up with creative suggestions of her own that we used to great effect. Alicia is everything one would hope to find in a wedding coordinator, especially one located in another country. She is responsive, helpful, imaginative, resourceful, and reliable, and has an easy going nature and an extremely hard work ethic. I think the greatest praise we can give Alicia is that during the months we collaborated together to make our wedding a reality, she became a friend.

Todo salió excelente, estuve encantada con las flores, la comida, la músicaaa… No hubo persona que no me dijera que todo estuvo INCREIBLE, de verdad te luciste, así como la florista, el banquete, todos estuvieron de primera! Amé la música, la gente no dejo de bailar y bueno creo que la que más se divirtió fue la novia jaja, no paré de bailar!

I can't thank you enough for the amazing fairytale-like wedding you planned for our daughter and new son-in-law this past weekend. The 3-day event truly created memories that will last a lifetime. It exceeded our expectations, and you know me... I have high expectations :) Your attention to detail is remarkable. I have no idea how you pulled all the many parts together... From the gourmet catering, distinctive bar menu, bands, entertainment, fabulous flowers, table settings, printed items, gift bags, fireworks, burro, trolleys, street parade, and on and on. As you know, we wanted a unique wedding... Not just a USA wedding held at a destination. You made all our dreams come true and more.

I think our friends will be in touch with you to plan a business meeting in San Miguel. Also, some of the bride's and groom's friends are already planning another trip back, so don't be surprised if they want you to plan them a party!

The church decorations were simple, yet perfect. The petals on the side of the aisle made me feel like a princess. Everything went without a hitch. Even crossing through the parade was a memorable experience for all of our friends and family. Mauricio did a fantastic job. We could not believe the quality and quantity of the pictures. He really listened to what we wanted our photos to portray and he captured many happy moments. We can’t wait to see the video. 

Although the tablecloths didn’t turn out as planned at the reception, Matthew and I hardly noticed that night. We were too busy drinking the margaritas and eating the delicious food. I can’t tell you how happily surprised we were with Staci’s toast and the fireworks on the dance floor. Thank you for such an unexpected and wonderful surprise. I’m not easily surprised and I certainly was that night. I wish I could tell you I remember everything about the end of the evening.

My husband and I attended the wedding you planned for Rose and David. What an event! Everything was beautiful, the music at the church, the over-sized puppets, the mariachis, the food, the music at the reception, EVERYTHING! 

But what impressed me the most was the perfect timing of each and every different part of the wedding and reception. What timing! What synchronization! As we walked out of the church, we proceeded to parade around the 'Jardin" as if the plaza had been cleared just for us. Just as we completed the circle, we went straight to the area where the vans were waiting to take us to Casa Cariño. We arrived and there was the cocktail reception with tequila, margaritas, canapes. 

Just as the sun was setting we were called to "pick your star" - what an innovative way to seat people. I loved that part! The food and wine came immediately thereafter, then the dessert, dancing, fireworks, pozole and tacos... With not one misstep or mistake. We never waited for anything, never wanted for anything. A beautiful event I'm sure the bride and groom will never forget... Nor will we!!!
